What is Clarity and Conviction Huddle all about?
It’s about self-growth, living with intention, accountability & support. Huddle is about showing up for yourself.
Karen started leading Huddles on Zoom a week after the Covid lockdown. They became a way to support individuals and teams in starting each new month of the year with intention and clarity. Huddles are power-packed sessions held at the start of each month where individuals from all over the country gather to recommit to showing up for themselves and taking accountability for their own growth and self-awareness. During monthly Huddles, attendees are guided to set intentions for the month, and to sink into themes like self-care, focus, creativity, capacity, goal setting, and more.

Karen Lum is the owner of K. Lum Consulting and specializes in supporting leaders who are growing or elevating their businesses and teams.
But Karen’s work is also for anyone, in or out of the workforce interested in leveling up. Her specializations include one-on-one business coaching, facilitated planning sessions, interactive training and program development & implementation.
As a certified business coach and facilitator of 26 years, Karen’s experience spans a multitude of industries and markets. Karen’s clients experience a heightened awareness of self and their teams, as well as, actionable steps to improve, scale and succeed. Most importantly, Karen believes we need to have a little fun along the way because this business stuff is hard and joy is KEY!
During Huddles Karen shares helpful “nuggets” to support us all in navigating life with more courage and compassion. Clarity and Conviction Huddles are a mixture of short teachings, intriguing writing prompts, lively community chat feeds, sharing of resources and there is always a dance party to close out the session! Just imagine how fun a live version will be!
