Coaching ranges from $450 to $7000 depending on your package. Let's discuss what’s best for you on our discovery call! Once I understand more about your aim and needs, I can recommend or customize the best services for you. As a certified Co-Active Business Coach and facilitator with 25 years of experience, I combine facilitation & coaching skills with practical experience in a variety of work cultures and industries. I’ve led multiple divisions, sales & marketing, customer service; guided teams and applied self-management skills over the span of my career; I leverage it all to listen, support, challenge and guide you.

Most importantly, show up humble, open and honest - that’s all we need to make headway! I will guide you in your preparation as well. It starts with an online coaching intake form to document your goals and aim. From there we deepen my understanding of your strengths, opportunities for growth and the areas you are craving insight or strategy. Then, we dig in. Often clients will bring a short agenda to their coaching session and we use it as a launching point. Much unfolds as we start the work together.
