Time: 9am to 10:30am
Location: In-person workshop in Big Sky, MT

A 90-Minute Brunch & Learn for Small Business Owners and Teams

Running a business—or working in one — often means wearing a lot of hats and moving fast. But when energy, clarity, and motivation start to drop off, burnout can sneak in before we realize what’s happening. This workshop is designed for small business owners and employees of businesses of any size who want to stay effective without sacrificing their well-being.

In this interactive session, we’ll explore the roots of burnout and how to recognize the signs early—both in yourself and in others. We’ll also cover practical strategies for staying energized, building better boundaries, and bouncing back when burnout does hit.

Unlike a surface-level wellness chat, this session ties your personal well-being directly to your performance and satisfaction at work—and provides tools for real change.

Participants will walk away with both awareness and action, plus the opportunity to share ideas and learn from others in small group breakout conversations.

What we’ll cover:

  • Understand the burnout cycle

  • The myth of “pushing through”

  • Know your burnout signals

Location: In-person, Big Sky, MT (specific location TBD)

This punchy, practical leadership session is designed for team leaders, managers, and business owners who are ready to step into the next level of leadership-without burning out or micromanaging. Whether you're new to leading or have years of experience, this session will challenge outdated mindsets and provide fresh, real-world practices you can apply immediately.

  1. Shift your value mindset

  2. The Alternate F-Word Framework - learn how to stay curious (instead of triggered)

  3. Level-up your one-on-one meetings

  4. The power of the pause
